Akiram En : DJ、選曲家、パーティーオーガナイザー。 ９０年代中盤よりDJとして活動開始。レフトフィールドテクノやアヴァンギャルドなどをフロアマナーに 従ってミックスしていくエッジーなダンスセットから、オブスキュアサウンドに着想を得たディープなリス ニングセットまで、聴覚と身体感覚を揺さぶるプレイは、ダンスフロアを常に意識しつつ、音楽を深く 知覚させる体験へ導いていく。2018年春、BLACK SMOKER RECORDSより自身初となるMIX CD 『Mekano 1974-92』をリリース。世界中のディガーやドープなパーティーヘッズからの信頼は深く、『 rural 』、『Future Terror』、『MNML SSG』と言った、日本を代表する野外フェス、テクノパーティーに 出演。近年は、地方都市や海外まで活動領域を広げ、東京をベースにインディペンデントで先鋭的 な現場を日夜飛び回っている。八王子SHeLTeR《SCI-FI》（毎月第二金曜日）にてレジデントDJを務 める他、幡ヶ谷forestlimitにてディガー集団で構成されるDeep Listening Lab《ideala》（毎週木曜 日）を主宰。世界でも稀有な”ディープリスニングパーティー”としてシーン化している。また、日本国 内屈指のディガー・DJ陣に留まらず、来日したアーティストを招聘し、不定期で様々なパーティーを オーガナイズ、企画している。

Since AKIRAM EN started his DJ career in the middle of the 90s, he has become a permanent fixture in the Japanese underground scene. His dance sets range from left-field techno to avant-garde and his deep listening sets are inspired by obscure sounds. AKIRAM EN’s style conjures a place where listeners can deeply experience and perceive his music. He came into prominence through performing at Japan’s leading festival “rural” and techno parties including “Future Terror” and “MNML SSG”. His contribution to the underground music scene in Japan is more than just as a DJ. He organizes an infamous weekly deep-listening party “ideala” at Forestlimit (the center of Tokyo’s experimental music scene) as well as being a resident DJ of the party “SCI-FI” at SHeLTeR, a highly regarded audiophile venue in the outskirts of Tokyo. He is a champion of local talent, often inviting DJs and diggers from across Japan to play his parties; yet also has a keen interest in the worldwide scene and himself is often featured together with notable names who come to perform in Japan.
